The Asset Tracker system offers an efficient solution for tracking and locating missing assets. Integrates seamlessly with GFMS software and mobile GPS. This product enables users to effectively track the movement of assets, ensuring their availability and preventing loss or theft.

The Asset Tracker system enables tracking of assets using Key Systems GFMS software. When assets with trackers are removed from the SAM system, tracking is automatically activated, providing immediate notifications for any violations or unexpected movements.

Operation Methods

KSI Asset Trackers provide tracking in various environments or locations. The tracker reports its locations to Key Systems’ GFMS central software by using KSI’s SAMs, Antennas, and/or Smartphone App.

  • Tracking via SAMs

    Any KSI SAM on your network can report the location of a nearby tracker.

  • Tracking via Antenna

    KSI Tracking Antennas attached wireless or wired to your network can be placed as standalone trackers in areas where you do not have SAMs. Antennas can be powered by AC, POE or Battery.

  • Tracking via Smartphone

    KSI’s Smartphone app can track assets outside or inside your company network or location reporting Asset locations via the cell network.

Smartphones can track the assets outside the company network or location using the KSI smartphone App.  When removed from a key box (SAM) by an authorized user, the tracker connects to the user’s smartphone. The smartphone retains its geographic location.  A lost connection to a tracker before its return to the key box creates an audible alarm and a GFMS alarm that can be forwarded to anyone you choose.  There is no monthly fee for the trackers as they use the smartphone for connectivity. Other smartphones in the end user’s company system that have the KSI app can scan for misplaced assets that have trackers.
